G. Wayne Smith
G. Wayne Smith grew up in rural Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and graduated from West Point in 1967.He served in the United States Army on active duty for 10 years, and for one year in the active Reserves.With a master’s degree in administrative science, he held training positions and taught at the college level for over 30 years.Following his retirement, writing became his passion, and he has authored four books in the Morningtown series, and several short stories in addition to this memoir.He resides in Lafayette, Colorado.
